Automatic Withdrawal Authorization is your permission for the Oklahoma State Disbursement Unit (SDU) to
withdraw funds via electronic funds transfer to apply to child and/or spousal support.

What are the benefits of automatic withdrawal?
Automatic withdrawal allows money to be electronically transferred from your bank account directly
to the State of Oklahoma. this eliminates the possiblity of lost payments and mail delays.

How do I sign up for automatic withdrawal?
You must access the Oklahoma SDU website at http://OKDHS-PAYCS.COM. There are instructions
on the main page that will assist you in setting up an account, linking your checking account
information, and starting the automatic withdrawal process.

How frequently can I have payments withdrawn from my account?
Payments can be made once each month, twice a month on specified days (e.g. 5th and 20th
of each month), weekly (e.g. every Friday), or bi-weekly (e.g. every other Friday).

What if the day I have selected for payments to be withdrawn lands on a weekend or a holiday?
The payment will be withdrawn on the next business day.

Can I make a one-time payment through this system?
Yes. However, there is a period of time between when you setup an account and when
a payment can be made. This delay occurs so that your account information can be
verified.

How do I stop the automatic withdrawal of payments?
You must stop automatic withdrawals through the Web Pay website or by calling the
SDU at (405) 600-0014. Neither Oklahoma State Child Support nor your bank are
authorized to stop this process.

If I have my support payment withdrawn from my bank account, am I exempt from enforcement actions such as income withholding?
No. Automatic withdrawal does not exempt you from any enforcement actions allowable
under state and federal law. If you are already paying support through income
withholding, the income withholding will not terminate because you complete an
Automatic Withdrawal Authorization via Web Pay.

Am I charged a fee when I make a payment using this website?
Some financial institutions may charge fees for this service back to the account of
the person making the payment. Please check with your bank to determine if your
account will be charged.
